PSYCHIATRY: Presence has a high standard of care that we strive to provide to all our patients. We are focused on your health and attentive to your concerns. Our combination of regular office visits, along with using the patient portal as a tool for quick communication, strikes the right balance for care. Please read the following message carefully as our policies on the patient portal are being reasserted for clarity purposes.
Portal messaging is for quick questions and updates and is not a treatment setting in place of appointments. Portal messages should be limited to targeted questions, quick clarifications, and items agreed upon in a previous appointment and remember that these may be responded to at times with a request to come in for follow up. Our providers respond to these during business hours and may take time to review. Please read the newly attached document on the Questionnaires tab of your Patient Portal (at the bottom under Additional Forms). This is titled 'Patient Portal and Fee Agreement' -- please sign at your earliest convenience. Our office staff will reach out to you with any fee adjustments and needed appointments. This notice is to inform you that Laura Blakley has accepted a position with another practice and will leave Presence Wellness after the first full week in July. We wish her the very best on her new venture. You have the right to choose your healthcare provider and Presence remains committed to fully supporting your decision. Our psychiatry division will continue to provide services and should you wish to continue your care with us, we are bringing on a new provider later this summer. Adrienne Feehan, Dr. Matt Paley, and Dr. David Cho will also continue seeing patients and our staff are happy to help you with this transition.
Patients who wish to transfer care to another office may have a copy of their medical records transferred. Please let us know if you have any questions about your current or future treatment needs.

Insurance Psychiatry Patients: Late Cancel/No Show fees for insurance patients will be $150 starting 5/2/22. Late cancellation fees occur when appointments are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
Regarding medication refills: Please contact your pharmacy directly in order to have the request sent to our offices. Voicemail requests for refills will not be able to be completed. Otherwise, please direct all other prescription inquiries to your provider through the patient portal.
